ARAS 360 Revolving Restaurant Tickets

Honestly surprised me when go to the restaurant Want to seat window side asking another RM 50 why? Because window side, how can do that.?

The spectacular views .... The carpet was very dirty and there was a lot of chipped paint and wear and tear which dettracted from the experience. Also not being able to have a glass of wine and having to pay extra for a soft drink we're both very disappointing and unreasonable respectively

the staff are awesome, food was great, but the need to pay for add-on charges for drinks is a little questionable as i thought it would be included in the package. and the lift was the major reason i will not be recommending this place to others. it definitely needs a huge upgrade and maintanence. it was so shaky all the way up and doesn't seem safe enough to me. please do consider upgrading the lifts as safety should be the priority. :)

I booked the combo tickets for Aquaria KLCC and KL Tower, and overall it was a smooth and memorable experience. Buying the tickets online was super convenient, and we had no problems with entry at either place. The aquarium was beautifully organized with a wide variety of marine life, and it was enjoyable for all ages. At KL Tower, the view was stunning and definitely worth it, but I wish it had been made clearer that there are two options available – the SkyTerrace and the Observation Deck – as I would have loved to go to the SkyTerrace. Still, the visit was enjoyable, hassle-free, and a good value for money.

The combo of Aquaria KLCC and the Petronas Twin Towers was absolutely worth it. The aquarium offered an incredible variety of marine life, beautifully displayed with engaging exhibits. The Petronas Towers provided breathtaking views of the city, especially from the Skybridge and observation deck. Everything was well-organized, and it made for a smooth and memorable day.

We didnt know what to expect with the aquarium but was pleasantly surprised.The aquarium had interesting animals and fish/sharks some of which I had never seen before.The queues were extremely long but it moved quickly.

the crowd was a lot (in my opinion), but it understandable due to the school holidays where parents was go out & bring their kids together. staff also very helpful throughout the process, from the moment i enter until i exit. good job & keep going as this also is a reflection to our country.

Exceeded my expectations. Huge variety of sea creatures including sharks, turtles and otters. Hellos and lizards were beautiful to see too. Water tunnel was amazing with huge stingrays floating overhead. The array and variety blew c me away. Great place to visit.

Ticketing with headout is fantastic as always, quick approval, QR code sent, no waiting lines, perfect! But the place itself was insanely crowded because of the weekend, which somehow ruined our experience 😔

It was an amazing experience to have moments with my nephew and niece. The check in process very smooth even crowd with visitors. Overall are ok except we couldn't have nice picture. Definitely will come again

Excellent But some stops getting cancelled without valid reason City tours and Hip hop bus tours same Night tours highlights getting missed

Information was rather basic compared with other hop on hop off tours we had been on in Europe. Guide information was delivered poorly

My ticketing experience was so easy on line ..the tour was great for two days we took it ..all the guides and driver are helpful.. great view from bus deck ...thank you..when coming back sure I ll repeated with my family. Thank you all

This was such a great way to explore the city of KL without needing to look for directions or navigate the public transport network! The open top bus had options for inside airconditioned comfort or sitting outside in the fresh air and sunshine (don't forget a hat though because it got pretty hot out there!). My only suggestion would be a better speaker system as it was hard to understand the guide's commentary.

The tour staff were quite lovely , however due to the heat I recommend evening tour.. The city lights make it extra special.

Didn't realise the ticket 24hr timing starts when you board the bus which meant we could take our time visiting attractions

Head out gave us better price than buying directly, so that was great! Hop on and hop off was an easy and economic way to go around. Buses are old and we had two break downs unfortunately, but it was not a big deal. Good way to go around

We wish we had more time to explore some of the drop points. Next time we will take a day for each of the city and garden tours

Awesome tour, 2 routes where each takes about 2 hrs through awesome Kuala Lumpur. for places you like, you can leave the bus to explore the area and catch a next one with the same ticket.

There was no audio guide as such, there was a staff member on each bus who gave various degrees of information about where we were and what places of interest we were passing. Some have hardly any information about anything apart from the stops we had and what was there. One lady who was in training have a fantastic comontery all the way through our journey, she was clear in speech, informative and enthusiastic 🤩 what a difference that made. To offer free wifi and personal audio devices would give continuity and clear audio information throughout the journey and in various languages.

We both loved the route options, the fact that we could change from the city to garden route. The customer service staff were very helpful and informative, we were also given enough time to take photos at significant places of interest It was a great way to orientate to the city and areas to spend more time revisiting

Service frequency is too less, waiting time too long. Service stops at 4 pm only it should continue till 630 pm.

Liked the hop-on hop-off city tour. But the garden tour was not operational today so could not avail the full tour.

Such a smooth entry just by scanning qr code for our booking. The staff there were very helpful and welcoming. Quite a crowd later that day. Got a lot of things to discover. Which needed us to come back again soon. The cafe inside very clean. Always love Cafe Mesra food. Totally worth it to brings our kids here

It's fun to bring the kids there, the place is stroller friendly so bringing a toddler there is very possible.

This is a great place to bring your kids for an afternoon or morning. Lots to entertain them. Although we went on a weekend and it was quite busy.

It is an amazing place and my little scientist enjoyed it very very much. The issue is the lack of information and signage at the entry points. The BIGGEST issue is the following: 1. It should be made clear that this is a science center and not an indoor play area. We were there to learn not bang on everything like its a toy. 2. There isn't sufficient support team at the venue, to educate the visitors. The children from China was the worse - they didn't queue, would interrupt our use of a station, would just grab things from our hands and push and shove. Having people minding some of the posts would ensure visitors are made aware of being courteous. 3. The 3D movie is NOT appropriate for babies. Yes, we are aware that Malaysian kids are addicted to screens BUT it isn't good for their manta development. Why would you allow a 2 year old into the cinema???

There were many things to discover. Unfortunately, a lot of devices didn't work. Everything looks super cool at first glance, but almost every computer is faulty or you don't really know what you should/can do. It's a shame that the maintenance is very neglected.

lots of content's tools were broken but did not fixed. Almost 10% of all facilities have problems or failure. Not a very pleasure experience.

The ticketing experience was seamless as it was easy to do everything online and in advance, only the capsule ride requires on-site purchase. All the exhibitions are interactive, engaging yet informative for all ages.

The whole tour of the Petronas was very well organized with proper stickers and clear instructions. There was no rush though there was huge crowd. Crowd management was excellent.

We'll organized and accommodating. I had flown in from Singapore and purchased the wrong day for the tickets online . The attendant understood I only had a day in Kuala Lumpur and was able to get me in. Great experience and customer service!

The Petronas Towers team were brilliant! From Check-in until check-out, they were polite, attentive, informative and always smiling. Even though the weather wasn't quite what we would have preferred, the staff went out of their way to ensure that we still had a good experience. Well done.

Your staff were efficient and approachable. They have very positive attitudes. However, the bus intervals were to long. Hopefully, you can deploy more buses to shorten the interval periods. This will encourage us to make more stops, to visit and explore the attractions offered.

Very nice visit to the twins tower (petronas tower) several elevators to get to the last stop great views from the 1st spot at the bridge crossing the two towers and also from the last spot at the top of the towers There's a rota at each stop, leaving plenty of time to take photos and enjoy your visit.

Really impressed with the organisation it ran like clockwork. Being split into small groups meant you could see everything without it being over crowded. Much better organised than other landmark towers in other locations.

The view was amazing from the top. We went around 3-4 pm but it's ideal during sunset. Only limited people were allowed, so the crowd was not heavy. This is a must see if you're in Malaysia

Petronas was breath takingly awesome. The hop on hop off bus tour was a real delight with a detailed description of the locations through which we passed

My family and I enjoyed the trip to Petronas Twin Tower. Staff were polite and the place was clean. Everything was done in good order except one thing please make everyone have a coloured sticker. I saw one tourist declined to have it and the staff was ok with it. The sticker was meant to make sure nobody stay longer and need to leave accordingly when their colour code was called out.

It was a spectacular visit. I will never forget the view from both the sky bridge and the panoramic deck on the top of the tower

Mr. Perumal was an excellent host and guided us through areas that "normal" tourists are not allowed to go - for example the upper part of the skybridge or the Petronas member area. There is also enough time to take photos until you go for dinner. Be sure to bring a legal document (ex. passport) for the experience as you need to be varified before you receove a visitor pass! Mr. Perumal offers many detailed information about the construction of the Petronas Towers as well. All in all it was a very nice experience and I'd recommend it when you visit the towers. After the dinner we also visited a bar inside the towers where normally only members are allowed. Thank you again Mr. Perumal for your insights and tour!

We had an excellent evening at the Club Petronas Private Restaurant. We were welcomed by Mr. Soundars Perumal, a very friendly man, cultured and passionate about his work. He showed us around parts of the skyscraper that are not usually accessible to the public. We were dazzled by the beauty of the premises, the refinement and luxury, as well as the magnificent views of the city. The food was excellent, refined and plentiful. It was my wife's birthday. Once again thank you to Mr Perumal and his team who made this evening unforgettable.

Treated like a VIP from start to finish. This so exceeded our expectations. We never realised that this was a meal in the exclusive members only club with only two other guests! Outstanding views from the sky bridge and restaurant and the knowledgeable Soundars was personally attentive throughout. Ignore the 1 star reviews, the food was delicious and 5 star but be aware there is a strict dress code which is made crystal clear as this is a members only club The one star reviewers clearly don't understand this and would be better placed at a McDonald's restaurant...... just do it you'll love it! The photos show an upmarket 2-level dining experience, what we got was one level, poor food, no communication and everything done to suit the 'hosts'. We were ignored and done to. We're on a 4 week holiday and was by far the worst experience we've had. Truly awful and a complete waste of money!

We had a great time with our guide Mr Perumal.He explained every thing about the towers before start.We were taken by a express lane and it was upper deck of the bridge which other are not allowed. The lunch was fantastic .Hope to visit it again with our family members.

The Chat feature is a bad AI Bot that does not connect to a live person. Nobody answers the phone. Do a search for Souundars Perumai online. Contact him directly, then buy the tickets using the service.

I spent a very nice time and I really appreciated it. This is mainly due to the great hospitality of Soundar (and his son too).

Excellent experience. The restaurant and food were lovely. You get to go on the upper level of the link bridge between the towers which is really different as you can look up at both towers. We were worried about the age restriction saying over 18s only as we went with teenagers but children can go on the tour after 6.30 midweek and anytime on Saturday as the building rules have changed. One of the highlights of our trip to KL.
