Private cultural temple tour with Batu Caves
Basically this tour is a taxi for a half day - there are some good explanations from the driver which is appreciated but the time schedule for the trip does not hold. For this reason we were only able to see the mosque from the outside. No entrance fees are needed for this trip so consider to do the tour on your own with a private driver - probably not more expensive.
Our tour did not get off to a good start. Despite having a confirmed private tour, the guide did not turn up. I tried contacting the team via the live chat system and could not get through. I tried emailing with no response. Eventually I had to make an international phone call ( likely expensive) to speak to someone and get the tour organised. Eventually a new guide was organised for more than 2 hours after the planned time. We wasted time going to the mosque when it was closed for prayers, meaning we had to return later. The guide did not realise we'd paid for lunch, dropping us to the market and then reimbursing us 25 ringgit each after we paid for our lunches. There was no real guiding- just driving. There was no time to visit China town as planned. The sites were interesting to see but I was very disappointed with the disorganisation. I do not think it was the driver's fault. He stayed 30 minutes longer than his scheduled time so we could re-visit the mosque. I am not sure I'd recommend the tour based on our experience.
Nish is amazing, the tour was really good but made more special with Nish who is so knowledgeable, helpful and takes incredible pictures
An excellent private Tour. Only 2 persons. No queues. Our driver and guide Mike explained eventhing and made pictures if we wanted some. Thank you. Tour startet at planned time. Top!
Good experience and the organers are friendly experience and knowledgeable about kuala lumpur and the batu caves. Shopping at the cave is a nice experience too
The car had a very bad AC , unfortunately I'm the back was not cold enough
Punctuality simple but well-organized life

Everything was great the tour guide explained everything very clearly and the price for two person was worth it
Jennifer was absolutely a fantastic tour guide showing me around Kuala Lumpur and was very accommodating as I had already seen some sight and made some slight changes to the tour so that I was able to see other places that I hadn't seen before. Highly recommended this tour
This was not a tour trip but a one way drop off trip from KL to Cameron Highlands with Mr Sathesh. Although this was not a tour, Mr Sathesh was very polite courteous and informative . Would recommend.
The service is good! The driver is helpful and even recommended some of the main attractions and nice foods around the area for us to try.
Our final adventure with Sathia, and wow—what a way to wrap things up! After two epic days, we didn’t think she could top it, but of course, she did. First stop: The Military Museum at Port Dickson. Who knew history could be this cool? Sathia brought the past to life with her stories, making us feel like we were on a time-traveling mission. Tanks, tunnels, and tales of heroism—definitely not your average museum visit! After feeling all strategic and heroic, we hit the beach for some well-deserved playtime. Sun, sand, and laughter—what more could we ask for? (Besides maybe more time!) Then came the grand finale: a breathtaking sunset cruise. Picture this—calm waters, golden skies, and the perfect ocean breeze. Sathia, as always, made sure everything was smooth sailing (literally!), making it the most magical moment of the trip. And just when we thought it was over, we wrapped up with an incredible seafood dinner—because no great adventure ends on an empty stomach! Three days with Sathia, and we’ve laughed, learned, explored, and made memories that will last a lifetime. She’s not just a guide—she’s a storyteller, an adventure planner, and an all-around legend. Sathia, you’ve officially spoiled us for all future trips. Thank you for the best time ever!
Just took the full day private tour of Kuala Lumpur with visits to Batu Caves, Thean Hou Temple, National Monument, Istana Negara, National Mosque, Independence Square and Petronas Twin Towers and had an awesome day. Sathesh was the best guide you could imagine. Very knowledgeable, always smiling, top photographer and with lots of interesting facts about Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, the heritage , religions and the culture. He always asked about our preferences and set up the tour to our likings. We made some amazing and everlasting memories and are still overwhelmed by all the impressions. Thanks again Sathesh for a fantastic day in Kuala Lumpur.
Wow what a trip, from start to finish our guide karthi was amazing , visited so many sites including Batu caves , petronas towers, central market. Brilliant service
We did the Historical Malacca Day Tour with guide Wilson and driver Jalil. We thoroughly enjoyed the trip and felt it excellent value for money. Wilson did a fantastic job explaining the history of the area and gave us interesting insights into each spot we visited. He also did a good job keeping a very diverse group together and paced the walking so everyone could keep up. Malacca is a lovely little town and definitely worth a visit. We enjoyed the free time in the afternoon as everyone could spend time doing what interested them. The only disappointment was the lunch which we found bland. Lots of food available though if you wanted to purchase something else. Safe and comfortable bus ride home. Really good day out
Prompt driver. You never have to feel worried about him not there because he is there ahead of you in the airport. Keep up the good work!
Sasi oir guide was very informative and funny. We enjoyed thoroughly enjoyed the day and the information provided. The driver was great too.

KL Night bus tour
Experience Kuala Lumpur like never before on the KL City of Lights night bus tour! Marvel at iconic landmarks like the Petronas Towers and KL Tower glowing against the night sky, while the vibrant streets buzz with energy.
The journey showed the best parts of KL but we could not hear the guide over the speaker system very well because it had too much echo.
As per plan 4 stops were included but only 1 stop happened. Also I was stood that open deck tickets was reserved very early in the morning. The over all experience was meh only.
Not much. Wait. I meant nothing. We couldn't take pictures because lights were on in the bus, the guide would tell us about building gs as we passed or after so it was too late to take photos and unless you were up top and outside you could barely see any buildings or sites.
Didnt realised that half of the top seats were indoors and was not told that the outdoor seats were first come first serve only. Suggest using the screens to live stream the outside so indoor seat guests can also see what's outside esp those who are not immediately adjacent the window Info from guide was ok but was nothing more than what you can find on Wikipedia.
Nothing at all because we were told that the staff at the service counter deliberately lied to us because the tour was overbooked. The most daring thing was that they sent me, my wife and my friends to the KLCC to pick up our tickets where we were told that there would be no one there from 6pm. Since I did the tour 2 years ago I know that I was at the right place and we were deliberately cheated.

The whole thing was a worthless experience. We had bought 4 adult tickets and they all just burned. The ticket mentioned to go to Sg Wang kiosk. When we got there, the hop on hop off staff told us to go to klcc pick-up point and the bus will move at 8.30pm. When we arrived at klcc at 8pm the bus was already moving. We waited until 9pm but the bus did not show up. We feel very cheated by the high price and unrewarding experience.

Nothing and very unfortunate Waste of my money for 4 people. We certrokken at 20:20 instead of 20:000 and were back at 21:34 instead of 22:00 On 1 and leak stopped for 20 minutes and jetgens more Driven on and the driver did the same round twice

The staff and members was not helpful and totally disappointed by them
couldn't hear the tour what he was saying also wasn't clear over the speaker..
Also the pick up location was bukit Bintang but after counter scanned the QR it showed KLCC.
I didn't enjoy due to station mismatch & my seats were inside.
Not so many attraction worth to visit. The time spent tooooooo much on the transition.
Nothing

The stops is very near to the tower, street and monument. We really enjoy the trip. Bus driver also stop awhile at the specific location for us to take photo.

The tour was great. The guide Jennifer drive us to batu caves and also another cool places in KL. She also tell us some history
Our Tina turn up on time she was very chatty and friendly. We had a slight problem at the butterfly park over tickets which she sorted quicker than the Viator did. And sorted the rest of the tickets for us. Viator sent one ticket for the butterfly park bird park and the aquarium. We should have individual tickets for each attraction. As I mentioned our driver was brilliant wel done Tina.
The app was amazing and the entire experience was seamless. Our assigned driver Reuben did a fantastic job in taking care of us. He was warm, friendly, and quite knowledgeable about the tourist spots.
