Visiting Aquaria KLCC is a breeze! Starting from Putrajaya Sentral, the MRT Putrajaya Line offers a smooth journey directly to the Persiaran KLCC station. The fare is incredibly affordable at only RM4.++, and the station is a convenient 10-minute walk from the aquarium. Once you reach the KLCC area, you have the flexibility to choose between a scenic external stroll through the park or a comfortable internal route via the air-conditioned tunnel from Suria KLCC. The experience inside is truly amazing; witnessing the healthy, massive sea turtle, sharks, and the elusive octopus is a highlight. Beyond the various unique aqua creatures, the merchandise selection is impressive, offering great souvenirs to remember your visit. It’s a perfect, accessible day trip for everyone!

Our family trip to Petrosains at KLCC was an absolute whirlwind of discovery, and honestly, seeing the kids so completely amazed made every second worth it. From the moment we stepped in, it felt like we were explorers on a mission. The absolute standout for us was the Oil Platform zone. It is a massive, life-sized rig where we felt like real-life engineers. The kids had such a good time navigating the decks and trying out the interactive stations; they were totally fascinated by the sheer scale of the machinery and how energy actually reaches our homes. The excitement ramped up the most when we trekked into the Geotime gallery. We were transported back millions of years, and the kids were spellbound by the prehistoric landscape. Coming face-to-face with the roaring, animatronic dinosaurs was a "wow" moment they haven't stopped talking about! We even braved the more intense side of nature; the kids were both thrilled and giggling as they leaned into the heavy winds of the Hurricane Machine and tried to keep their balance during the Earthquake Simulator. Whether we were playing in the Sparkz zone or looking toward the stars in the Space gallery, every single exhibition was a hit. We left feeling inspired and exhausted in the best way possible, having shared a day filled with laughter, curiosity, and genuine family joy. This is indeed an unforgettable adventure that seamlessly blended education with pure excitement. Will definitely recommend it to anyone with kids !

A fantastic place for both kids and adults to enjoy learning science in a fun and interesting way. You can easily spend 2 to 5 hours here. The facilities are very clean and modern, and there is a cafe inside to relax and take a break.

The views, the service, the amazing selection of food, even the mocktails (as there is no alcohol served) made for an absolutely delightful birthday dinner. Would highly recommend.

Upon arrival we was asked if we wanted to pay extra for a window seat which we did. What a fantastic night view over a beautiful city. The buffet was unbelievable so many different dishes. The staff were really friendly and as soon as you got up to try something else your dirty plate was taken away. Would highly recommend it. Great value.

We used the hop on hop of tourist bus to view the towers during the day and had pre-booked entry into the Towers a week ahead of our travel date. We return in the evening to go up to the towers and found this to be a spectacular experience. I did return a second time in the evening for some photo shoots from the water fountain area. It was an amazing experience.

An Unforgettable Sky-High and Underwater Adventure at Petronas Towers and Aquaria KLCC What a thrilling double-header in the heart of Kuala Lumpur! My visit to the Petronas Towers and Aquaria KLCC was nothing short of magical—a seamless blend of architectural marvels above and oceanic mysteries below. From digital ease to jaw-dropping views and rare marine wonders, this outing redefined urban exploration for me. If you’re planning a KL trip, here’s why these icons deserve a top spot on your itinerary. The journey kicked off flawlessly with digital admission cards landing straight in my email, instantly accessible via the app—even offline, which was a game-changer amid spotty tourist-area networks. No fumbling with prints or Wi-Fi woes; just pure convenience that let us dive right into the excitement. We were smartly grouped into sets of 20, each with a knowledgeable guide who turned facts into stories. First stop: the 41st-floor Sky Bridge, suspended like a silver ribbon between the iconic Twin Towers. Standing there, wind whispering through the structure, I snapped memories against the backdrop of this 451-meter engineering feat—Malaysia’s pride and the world’s tallest twin structures. Our guide shared tales of its construction challenges, making the “tall marvel” feel intimately personal. Ascending to the 86th-floor observation deck was the crescendo. Panoramic views of KL’s skyline unfolded—skyscrapers piercing the clouds, the Klang River snaking below, and distant hills hazy in the tropical haze. It was breathtaking, especially at golden hour when the city shimmered like a jewel box. Interactive digital kiosks stole the show next: touchscreens bursting with KL’s history, from colonial roots to modern multiculturalism, and Malaysia’s vibrant diversity. I lingered, absorbing bite-sized insights on everything from Petronas’ oil legacy to the city’s eco-push—interactive learning at its most addictive. A short stroll away, Aquaria KLCC plunged us into an underwater realm that rivaled any global aquarium. This isn’t your standard fish tank; it’s a mesmerizing tunnel through 100 meters of aquatic biodiversity. Giant turtles glided gracefully overhead, their ancient eyes locking with mine in serene wisdom. Sharks prowled with raw power, piranhas flashed razor smiles in their riverine habitat, and rarer gems like the ethereal weedy seadragon and bioluminescent jellyfish pulsed with otherworldly magic. The air hummed with the soft whoosh of water currents, scents of saline mist, and narrated facts on conservation—leaving me humbled by these endangered wonders and inspired to advocate for ocean protection. Overall, this seamless, story-driven experience at Petronas Towers and Aquaria wasn’t just a tour—it was a thoughtful escape blending adrenaline, education, and awe. In a city of endless attractions, these spots deliver unmatched impact. Five stars—highly recommend for families, couples, or solo adventurers chasing KL’s soul!
