I always use Plaza Premium first class lounge. I did not know there are 2 different lounge managed by 2 different management with smiilar confusing name. if 2 different management, its not mentioned any where. On top one price and in the buttom of the page I saw another price . very confusing booking process even I am travel agent. on top one price and below is another price. I booked higher price. That is what I am not happy. I learnt my lesson. https://plaza-premium-lounge.kuala-lumpur-tickets.com/?ci=1&cm=554191214_1309519439950349_c_o_plaza%20premium%20lounge%20kl_p_{extensionid}&msclkid=9506a13590141c161908c90a796110e4&utm_source=bing&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=Kuala%20Lumpur%20-%20Plaza%20Premium%20Lounge%20-%20English%20-%20Rest%20of%20World%20-%20Search%20-%20All%20-%20All%20-%20cid4462&utm_term=plaza%20premium%20lounge%20kl&utm_content=Generic%20-%20Broad%20-%20English%20-%20All
Plaza lounge itself was good, very crowded but well serviced by the staff. Didn't like the fact I had to download an app to access my ticket at all.
Shower was available and enjoyable! , we were shown to quieter lounge area. Meal time was chaotic and there was not enough staff to cover basics like clean plates, cutlery etc but overall a good experience.
There was very little choices available in the food options. There were no plates available. You had to fight for a table. The drink options were limited The charging stations weren't available at all seating options and therefore you had to fight for a table with charging options. The seats were so worn out that there was no cushion left and I was sitting on the wooden frame of the seat. Staff were not friendly. Not rude but definitely not friendly. $350AUD spent and it was subpar for the cost. Never again.
Can only take shower 1x only........busy venue and rude staff.....We just ordinary customer who came in and go........one of the employee was very rude by banging the black porcelain cups into the serving tray......don't know how to behave decently in front of the paying customer......
Nothing. The airport was very busy so I booked in to find some space to relax and catch up on work before a long flight. It was so busy I spent time queuing for food and sharing tables with other travelers. It was too chaotic to take advantage
As my flight was changed to an earlier one just hours ahead of flying, I was unable to make use of my ticket and there was no refund available. The lounge access is not something I have done previously and I had thought I would treat myself, but it didn't work out for me.
I loved the Lounge. I had accidentally booked a 06:30 am slot instead of a 6:30pm and the lady at the lounge desk rescheduled without a problem. This was in contrast with Headout who I contacted initially and was told there was nothing I could do about the error. They did assist me by giving me the Lounge's phone number which I called and explained my situation. The Lounge itself was so good. The service and the drinks and food available exceeded expectations. Thank you
Food was delicious and always available, personal very friendly , butconfort of the seating area less, the back of the bench was wobbly so was a constant push back and forth between my seat and the one seated behind me , no allowed to lay down, husband was told off but other were people not. To many private rooms or not accessible area when the general area was crowded ,we had to wait to find a spot.
Venue was very crowded, Many guests were taking up seats that they were not using. eg table for 4 or 6, but only 2 using. Could not use the shower, as too many in the que. Food and drinks were fine. Check in was easy.
Too busy at the booked time, hard to find a seat, food options were OK and no many.
The seat and location, nd also some refreshments
The food is good and the facility is good. I hope next time you will have a capsule bed or sumthing you can sleep.
East to buy online and cheaper than paying at the door!

Great way to spend a long airport wait. Limited alcohol choices, but I was happy with the gin, my friend with the vodka and our other friend the white wine. I wasn't keen on the house red. Such a great selection of food, to help yourself to and to order. Comfy seats and even enjoyed a shower to freshen up!
Lounge expensive but worth the extra as not many people in Food decent and plenty of drinks both alcoholic and not Showers awesome, really what you need in the middle of a long haul layover Would recommend
The magnificent setting, the kindness of the staff, the food, the drinks, the shower and the 10-minute massage. With a 10h stopover, it was great.

Booked for my mum last minute due for her work conference travel. She couldn't stop telling us how she enjoyed the seamless and peaceful experience not to mention the cleanliness and most importantly the excellent food she had despite her food preferences! Definitely worth it. Thank you!
The staff were so lovely and helpful. It was so much better than trying to fill the transit time in the terminal
All was excellent, friendly staff, and relaxing atmosphere
Very relaxing & comfortable - especialy when you have lng hours between flights.
Great selection of food and drinks, staff extremely helpful, comfortable and clean areas to relax and freshen up.
Purchasing was easy. Lounge comfortable, food very good, shower facility nice, quite environment in more expensive part of it. The only thing missing - some armchairs/reclainers/beds to elevate legs after ling flight. Overwise - very nice
Lounge was overly packed and not enough space. Service was slow in waiters clearing tables and had to move dirty dishes myself to table next to me. Service for shower was quick and efficient so that was good. Spent 1 .5 hours in lounge compared to the 3 hours I paid for, was too busy felt claustrophobic. Food variety was limited and queue for coffee was not worth the money I paid for lounge. Will not be using this lounge in future
great stay very hospitable staff. would be nice to have more chicken options in food as i don't eat any other meat. well suited for vegos. shower facility could be a bit cleaner. otherwise a great stay
Had some quiet and relaxing time before boarding the flight with my husband and faughter
Best Hospitality. Unlimited food&beverages. Sincere & dedicated staffs.

As an international traveller, I was in T1 trying to find the lounge. I discovered in was far from there, after busing it back to the other T1. Once there i was told it was another terminal some way away from both T1s but they kind enough you let us in. You should be clear on what alcohol is free (a choice of 2 beers), and what costs ie everything else. Not very impressed.
