Ticket booking experience was smooth and hassle free. Just one suggestion -- maybe add what to expect/explore when you are purchasing a ticket, that way we can look forward to seeing that, maybe use a community powered content there on each of the ticket and attractions that are bundled together. horrible experience I book for 10 people for the last day of our vacation. I am debited and then I receive an email informing me that at the time I chose it is full and I am asked to choose another time or get a refund.. I choose to request a refund and then no news.. 3 emails later I contact customer service with a copy of the email informing me that it is impossible. I have their response telling me sorry there was a misunderstanding the places are available but I had exceeded the time and they do not want to refund me. It is unacceptable it is not my fault if you send me an email to tell me that it is sold out and that in fact my reservation was possible. Be careful. More than 190 euros stolen.

The ticket control and the organization of the lines worked perfectly, that was very good. However, unfortunately it rained for two hours before the tour and the wet windows did not let you see the city. I do not recommend the tour at night because the glare of the floodlights that illuminate the building does not allow to appreciate the surroundings. My recommendation is that it is better during the day even if it rains. I will only keep the experience I had on the 86th floor.

Nothing loving about the experience, bus driver was rude and did not obliged to drop us nearer to hotel where we stopped at a signal light. He dropped us 3 km away. Even in country like US the drivers understand logistics problems and oblige stopping nearest point.

Firstly the city tour and understanding was left to the map handed over, briefing by the crew could have been more clear. The essence of such tours is understanding the city. The upper floor door of the bus we embarked was broken , it kept opening and closing as the bus moved, it could have easily injured someone.Please get it fixed. A bottle of water for passengers is the least which can be added. Thanks & Best Wishes
