What I loved most about my experience with KLIA Express was how effortlessly it set the tone for the entire day-calm, efficient, and quietly impressive from the very first moment. The day highlights began the instant I stepped onto the platform. The train arrived right on time, spotless and welcoming, and within minutes I was gliding away from the bustle of the airport. The smooth acceleration, generous legroom, and reliable Wi-fi made the journey feel less like transit and more like a pause to breathe and reset. Watching the cityscape shift outside the window, urban edges melting into greenery felt grounding and oddly poetic. What stood out even more was how the crowds were handled. Despite being a busy travel day, everything flowed. There was a shared, unspoken rhythm among passengers: purposeful but unhurried. Clear signage, intuitive boarding, and well-designed spaces kept the crowd calm and orderly. Instead of feeling overwhelmed, I felt carried along by a system that respected everyone's time. It was a fantastic experience, train was on time , very clean and hygienic ! Reached the airport soo fast in no time , Didn't feel I travelled 😂 ! Hats off to all the people n Malaysian government !

Plaza Premium Lounge: KLIA Terminal 1 is great! The staff at the counter and in the lounge were very kind. It was great that there was a hair dryer in the shower room.

Initilly it was difficult to find the Tune talk centre in Airport, but once we were able to find, the process was pretty smooth. They inserted the sim cards in our mobiles which was very helpful as we were travelling with our autistic son !
