• During June and December school breaks, book 3–5 days ahead; for weekends, book at least 1–2 days in advance.
Entry and what your ticket includes
• Standard tickets include access to the full one-way aquarium route, the 90m Living Ocean tunnel, themed zones, feeding shows, and keeper talks. Visits are self-guided.
• Online tickets skip the purchase queue but not security and entry lines, which may still take 30–60 minutes during peak periods.
Ways to explore
• The route is designed as a one-way journey from the Evolution Zone to the Living Ocean tunnel and Weird & Wonderful gallery. Explore slowly, as backtracking is limited.
• Combo tickets with Petronas Twin Towers, KL Tower, or Petrosains offer better value and easier planning, but are best for fixed itineraries.
• The Sleep with Sharks overnight programme is a premium add-on for ages 5+, requires advance booking, and is not included with standard admission.
Re-entry and food planning
• Re-entry is not allowed once you exit. There is no full-service restaurant inside, so plan meals at Suria KLCC before or after your visit.
